The Vest Family
There were still beautiful autumn leaves up at Moose Meadow Lodge in Duxbury where I photographed Ken and Kolin and their two beautiful children Jackson and Jenna. They laughingly called themselves 'The Vest Family' and you can see why. They are all natural models and photophiles.
We had a blast, got some gorgeous images and, guess what? Ken and Kolin are getting married on Saturday. I can't wait to see their home, meet their families and make many more beautiful memories for this Vermont family.

Emily
I met with Emily and her Mom yesterday for a distinctive senior portrait session.
She's interesting, dramatic, musical and has a polished style all her own. She's interested in art and hopes to continue an artistic education after graduation.
It was rainy yesterday, but we got some lovely outdoor images in addition to our studio session, thanks to a porch roof.
The leaves are falling, though, so if you'd like to book a senior session for indoors or out, give me a call at 802-425-4242.

Nicholas ~ CVU 2013
I met with Nicholas on a gorgeous autumn day near his home. We had almost perfect light, a little overcast like it has been all week.
There's something about that late afternoon light. This image was taken near the beach, with just a bit of sun poking through the clouds.
Have you noticed how much more natural senior portraits are these days? What a relief from the enforced formality of old style studio portraits, certain clothing allowed, etc.
Kids can really be themselves, and that's the way I like it.
If you haven't had your senior portrait taken yet, or hate the one you got at school, call now before the snow flies! 802-425-4242
And check out Nicholas' video clip below:
